Many of
us have hectic and busy lives, so it comes as no surprise that most
of us must deal with stress. What is a surprise however, is how
many of us hold the belief that massage is a luxury.
More and more research demonstrates the toxic effects of stress
on our bodies and the role stress plays in disease processes.
For those of us that receive regular bodywork, there
is an understanding that massage is not a luxury, but a necessity.
It is a practical way of caring for and maintaining one's overall
health.
