30 minute session:
30 minute sessions are fantastic when you don't have a lot of time,
are on a budget, and are interested in focusing on a specific group
of muscles. Most common areas for focus work are the back, neck
and shoulders or hands and/or feet.
60 minute session:
60 minutes is a wonderful way to melt away stress with a full body
relaxation massage. If you deal with chronic pain, a 60 minute sessions
is also great for focusing on the problem area as well as surrounding
areas.
90 minute session:
A 90 minute session is fantastic for allowing you to enter a deeper
state of relaxation as well as allowing the therapist more time
to go deeper into the muscles.
